"Knowing Christ and Making Him Known" demands not only a scriptural and theological literacy, but also a willing adherence to Christ's commands. The ministries of Addison Congregational reflect our basic need of biblical instruction and provide us with the opportunity to live out the truth of God's Word with one another and the community around us.
Fellowships
Every first Sunday of the month after the worship and communion service the congregation gathers for a time of fellowship and refreshments in our fellowship hall. It is a wonderful chance to catch up with one another and make new friends. We occasionally stay for pot-luck luncheons after church, and on Easter morning we meet for a congregational breakfast before service.
